Why do some leaders stop listening?
If you ask a few great leaders you’ll see that odds are they had a mentor, if not many, in their path to leadership. Mentors are people we listen to and we learn from. The question I want to try and answer is, ‘If so many people achieved a leadership role by listening, why do some of us stop listening when we assume the leadership role we sought?’.
